Electrochemical and gravimetric methods are used in order to research the influence of high overvoltages during electroplating on corrosive and electrochemical behavior of amorphous Co-P films, which were made using deposition from water solution of an electrolyte. It is obtained that alloys, which were plated using higher overvoltages on cathode, are more corrosion-resistant.
