Abstract

A solution of the task of evaluation of the wagon-hours economy of wagons demurrage at a marshalling yard when making up the particular two-unit train compared to making up the one-unit trains is proposed. A formula for determination of the reduction of wagons demurrage in conditions of accumulation at a station of formation is obtained.
