Some modules of suggested generalized model of systems of electronic access to research and educational resources are studied. Microsoft product SharePoint 2007 is offered for realization, which can be used for realization of processes of any complication level and systems of sites and content management. Main facilities of this product are described. Conformance of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 to requirements of generalized model of systems of electronic access to research and educational resources is studied.
