Abstract

The processes of restmcturing of railways of different countries are explored, factors causing the necessity of re-stracturing are studied. The basic aspects of functioning of railway transport are analysed in modern terms and way of improvement of efficiency of implementation of basic types of activity and vehicular process on the whole.
