SELECTION OF INNOVATION PROJECTS, WITH TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THEIR ADAPTIVE PROPERTIES

In clause use of a quantitative estimation of adaptive properties innovation of the projects for development of the concept of an estimation and choice of the priority design decisions of regional economic development is offered. The basic stages of technology of selection of the projects are determined in view of their adaptive qualities. The offered economic model allows to accept the proved decisions on investment of means in development of the enterprises of region.
