Abstract

Applications of hydrodynamic cavitation in industrial engineering processes which enables to attain a considerable decrease in specific loss of power are exemplified. The results of finding the power of the liquid impact action upon the surface being cleaned by steady-state and pulsating jets for an automated unit are represented. It has been shown that the use of pulsating jets of increased destructive power obtained from a cavitation generator is capable of increasing the unit efficiency several times as compared with traditional methods.
