Abstract

The article considers questions of precise determination of the values of operational capabilities of the State Special Transport Service’s structural subdivisions for each day of the special period, taking into account potential efficiency of the managerial bodies, including account of human casualties among the personnel during warfare actions and decline of the proficiency level of managerial staff.
