Abstract

The rational organizations of the processes of technical services and repairs to a large extent provides for operational quality of traction rolling stock. The article introduces notions of functionals of readiness and technical use for estimation of timeframes between the technical services (TS) of locomotives, represents decomposition of the purpose function of TS process and obtains mathematical forms for formulating the tasks of rational organization of technical servicing and repairs.
