Abstract

The article considers economic prerequisites of the normative basis for reforming the property relationships and the forms of economic activities on the railway transport. It describes the directions of ongoing reformation process of the railway transport in Ukraine and makes a special emphasis on the aspects of reforming which require further research and practical realization.
