Abstract

The necessity of reformation of structure of management by suburban passenger transportations is caused by the aggregate of reasons among which it should be noted, foremost - difficult financial situation, necessity of rise of labor productivity, strengthening of competition from the side of other kinds of transport. In the article are presented row of terms determining the choice of that or other organizational form of management by a suburban passenger company (PPK). Creation of suburban passenger companies will allow promoting efficiency of suburban transportations, and improving quality of services and in the end showing suburban transportations out of status of unprofitable.
