Abstract

The paper enlists the most important points of modern designing concept of rigid steel bunkers as a separate class of building structures. Its drawbacks and also the main problems, preventing from creation of a sufficiently reliable, durable and repairable structure, are singled out and analyzed. At the same time, the authors provide their own recommendations as for solution of these problems and outline the further outlook of the bunker-building theory development.
