Abstract

The probabilistic model of parametric reliability of power electromagnetic valve contactors of rolling stock which helps to evaluate the probability of failures in condition of switching a contactor (the tractive force during the whole process of operation should be greater than the resulting counteracting force) is proposed in the paper.
