In the article the alternative organizationally legal structure of management by suburban passenger transportations in the conditions of reformation of railway transport are offered. Namely, the creation of the Municipal transport enterprise in suburban passenger transportations in subsequent assumes achieving the maximal efficiency of functioning of passenger complex and reducing the unprofitability in this sector at the high-quality providing of solvent demand of population.Downloads
