Abstract

The authors have considered an important issue, i.e. determining the degree of defectiveness and creating the maintenance schedule for the artificial structures to keep them in safe conditions during the exploitation. The main goal is to minimize the impact of human factors on prioritization of repairs among defective artificial structures by using the given method elaborated in the article.
